At Kooks, we want you to love your style; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags still attached.
Initiate Your Return
Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and attach the shipping label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number to monitor your return's progress to our warehouse.
